1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days for metro cities
4–7 business days for other locations across India

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

 

 3. Shipping Charges

 Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
 We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values.

 

 4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping

COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Unverified orders may be delayed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to restrict COD service for customers with a history of order refusals.

 

 5. Dispatch Timeline (Important)

Once your order is confirmed, it is packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
In most cases, orders are prepared and handed over to courier within 30 minutes to 24 hours after final confirmation.

 

 6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link to monitor delivery status in real-time.

 

 7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is not accepted or reachable, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

 

 8. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Logistics issues
Remote location accessibility
Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

 X9 is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

 

 9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please do not accept packages that appear tampered or damaged.
In case of such issues, contact us immediately with photos/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 10. Incorrect Address / Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may be delayed or cancelled.
